Ya we were pretty stoked! Had to drive 7 hours for it but ended up being worth it. We went into it with no expectations so it was nice that Winter delivered.

Excellent video! So nice to hook into big fish like that with Tenkara. I too have fallen like that. In fact, in the last video I posted that river was nothing but basketball sized rocks with slick moss all over them and I went down hard in the river! Glad you're ok.

Thanks for watching! Its always fun to catch bigger fish on Tenkara for sure. Not super hard to do either. Not as fun falling though! But once you have a fish on the line its hard to focus on anything else but landing it! Are you talking about the nymphing video you did? I think I recognize that river you caught some nice ones out of there. We should collab on a video sometime!

Hahaha, that casting in the wind and catchin the hog was hilarious. I would love to fish with you guys sometime. Could always come up and fish the Spokane or North Fork of the CdA. (north fork and creeks that run into it are probably better)

What line was used during second day (windy day)?

The crossbreed line. Its a little bit heavier than the furled or level line and can cut through the wind well. Especially when paired with a bigger streamer.

Nope! Two separate brands.
