I bet the guys without the lifejackets have got RNLI stickers on their cars (don't know what the charter skipper's insurance would have to say) useless unless worn!

Its not a requirment for people to wear life jackets when on board a chartered vessal. Only when needed or instructed by the skipper must they be worn. But bylaw states the boat must be equipted with jackets. Hope this helps all the best
