Could you possibly make a video on how you sew these together? :) ps your videos are amazing!!!
@SharonShareAlike9 жыл бұрын
Thank you Azalia. I just sewed them with a zig zag stitch on the sewing machine. It is kind of a pain keeping the hair out of the needle while you are sewing. You can play with the different directions that you sew the hair together. Sometimes different ponies have a different look depending on which way you hold them. Finally, try to sew them so when you are finished it is kind of shaped like a half sphere.

Could you do a tutorial on how to slick back your hair and put on a bump please? I haven't been able to find one yet. Would be very helpful. Thanks.
@SharonShareAlike9 жыл бұрын
I will try to do that. My hair is about 12 inches long. I put it in a pony tail on top of my head. I use Got2b ultra glued from Walgreens. I put it in my damp hair, comb it through, and then put a rubber band on top my head for the pony tail. After that, I pin on a fake bun from the wig store with a ton of bobbie pins. I then wrap it in panty hose to keep the pins from coming out.

could you do a tutorial on how to make the short ponytail wig you have on with the nerf ball? new to wig making and I love this style and would love to know how to do it! thanks!!
@SharonShareAlike9 жыл бұрын
Hi Brian. Welcome to wig making. It is so much fun. The short ponytail was made just like the long blonde one. I just used shorter ponytails to make it. Buy 5 or 6 shorter ponies with a slight wave and sew them together to form a cap shape. Add your drawstring and you are ready to style.

Love love your very useful videos! Question!:when I wear my wigs I use glue.sometimes it's hard to get the glue out if my wigs and hair after a night out.but it's my only trick to keep my wig on when I'm performing and flipping that hair.i do use Bobby pins as well but not a fan of them. But I do see some queens(specially the ones who are bald or have very short hair that they can't use Bobby pins) use some sort of tape and wigs cap I think.and it keeps there wig on when they perform.would you know how to do this? And if so could you possibly make a tutorial video? Xoxo (:
@SharonShareAlike9 жыл бұрын
Thank you. You might try using GooGone to get the glue out. It works very well. I don't know about the tape and wig cap but I will look in to it.

Any tips for boys with short hair?
@SharonShareAlike10 жыл бұрын
If you have hair that is at least 2 inches long you can make several little ponytails on the crown of your head in a circle about the same size as the inside of a store bought bun. I like this styling gel called Got2b Ultra Glued from Walgreens. You can use it to slick back your hair and make the little ponytails. Wrap them each tight with rubber bands and then position the bun over them and pin it to them. It is kinda hard to get shorter hair to stay slicked back but try using the gel and also spraying it with Pump It Up hair spray and a blow dryer. I hope this helps.
