I feel Indians will find natural affinity for Italian quisine. If you ignore the usage of cheese in Italian quisine, being a mediterranian hot country, their food culture is quite similar to Indians. After Indian quisine, if there is one quisine for which I have major weakness, it has got to be Italian and I am saying this as a vegetarian.

Italian food is good but some times what we eat as Italian in any country is different taste and tailored to suit local taste, we tried Veg pizza in Milian, Venice, Rome , Florence was different especially for Veg choices were less expect Cheese only or Cheese with tomato.It is great that this place will be in bucket list for next visit.
