I am so glad I found your video today. I’ve been trying to do sensitivity eating by myself after doing an at home kit. If it’s not too much trouble could you include what your doctor is called like his credentials so I can look for one in my area? I tried a gastro and he was zero help. I have the opposite bathroom issues so now I’m on a medicine that I don’t want to take and he believes that food sensitivity is fake and that I’m just meant to be constipated for life. He moved away thank goodness but now I’m on medicine idk how to get off of and I’m still in the same boat I’ve been in when I first saw him. Thank you for your videos and posts. I found you from your rowing video. I just got one at Xmas but I’ve only used it a few times.

I'm sorry, update soon. My full time job has left me with no time to film or edit. I'm trying to schedule time for videos again but it's hard.

Aries, so good to hear from you again! And with the news that you're feeling healthy? Even better! I found success with ADF (how I found your channel), but what works for one might not for another. Humans have so much variance. It doesn't help that people judge so harshly and easily from the outside, knowing nothing of the pure torment of trying so hard and not seeing results. But you didn't give up. It's such a testament to how strong you are. I don't say that lightly. It's honestly incredible. Thank you so much! I do plan to still add fasting back in. I'm not sure if adf is what I'll need, but definitely some full day (36hr) fasts at least once a month!
