I think you should squat like tom if you have the mobility. Personally i can with a lower weight and it improved my size in the quads a lot, but i feel pistol squats with a lot of TUT and explosive reps (making sure my butt is literally quarter an inch from the ground) grows my teardrop much more. When i go heavy i have to go wide because i can engage more muscles which isnt better i need to improve my tom platz squat. Now im doing jefferson deadlifts on a bulgarian routine and my legs have already gotten massively thicker and ive packed on tons of mass

Yeah, I need to stop watching bullshit like this. My arthritis in my left knee is bone on bone. I quit powerlifting when Larry Wheels came in and stomped all over this guy and majority of the powerlifting community.
