If we don't count natural vitamins (i.e. not adulterated with titanium nano-particles, omega-6 and pesticide-heavy soy oil, etc.), there's one mind-altering herb I highly recommend: Green tea. Caffeine + L-theanine. Apparently, Asians new about nootropics before we even had a name for them.

I’d get off the supplements tbh. They only lead you down a dodgy path. Isolates are very different to getting the vitamin in the plant you eat

I did some IT contracting for a huge drug company once. I was in some sales director's office waiting on a huge amount of data to transfer from her old laptop. I noticed a paper on her bulletin board that was titled The Steps Of Marketing A Drug (or something similar). Step 1 was "Create or identify an illness".

I worked at a Hospice and since the Hospice has been open only one patient did not leave in a body bag. The patient never took drugs and actually did not mind dying, his wife passed away a few months previous. Our staff was pleased to find him a home because he went well passed the time the Hospice grants patients. The man told me he takes Melatonin and that is all.

I kind of always knew there was problems in pharmacy, but lately, over the past few years, I've greatly opened my eyes to the marketing and business world, and it's very clear that business plays a big part in the medications we take. I don't personally take any, but my younger bother does because he has health problems, and what I fear is exactly this. Him taking sh*t he doesn't need so other people can make money. Sigh, what a fked up world. We need to move to a human-based society, not money-based society.

100% agree. If enough people knew about the corporate greed that can be found in almost any big industry and cared enough to go out and vote against corporate interests we could change it. But that's a huge if. Like I said in the video it's big big money vs. the little guys.

Restless legs syndrome isn't just about sitting too long. It's about, you can be active all day and be fine, but then you sit to relax or lie down to go to sleep and you get a very uncomfortable sensation in your legs/lower body. It's very uncomfortable and even when you are exhausted and ready to go to bed, your legs feel like they need to move and for some can be remedied by just moving but for others, the sensation is so incapacitating that sometimes you can only fall asleep by passing out for 10-20 maybe 30 minutes before having that sensation again. You barely sleep, then go to work, and it's a cycle. It's when you WANT to sit down but CANT because 2 minutes after sitting, your legs are like "nope! Let's move!" And it can be a caused by nerve damage, over active nerves, genetic abnormalities and predisposition but it is also a symptom of withdrawal from drugs, alcohol, etc or of medicine that's required for something heart related, blood related, etc. It's not just made up, it's very very real and it's not easy to live with. When I moved to Chicago in Junior High, I started getting sinus infections and itchy and runny nose in Spring Time. I remember taking Benadryl to see if it would help and I immediately felt sedated and like I wanted to go to sleep but my legs would not let me sleep. I felt so unbelievably uncomfortable and I just tossed and turned all night and the only way I could relieve the feeling was to get up but no matter how many times I did and no matter how tired I was, it would come right back as soon as I got comfortable. Sometimes if I passed out in enough time I could get up to an hour of sleep before it finally kicks in and I have to move. And then staying over friends houses or family making it impossible to just get up and walk around in the middle of the night. I haven't taken Benadryl since.

I have restless leg syndrome and I 100% agree with this. It's not about the people who fidget their legs because they are bored, it's an intense, aching need to move your legs (or arms, I've had that) - and the longer you fight it, the worse it gets. OMG it's so bad. I often end up sleeping sitting up because that helps it sometimes

Get onto a natural supplement that can restore cellular communication in your body. Slamming pharmaceuticals into your body is only going to cause other problems in the long run that will certainly cause worse issues than your restless leg syndrome. If our bodies were meant to have these substances, they would produce it. Poor nutrition is usually where our bodies start to fail because the cells cannot communicate effectively and our food sources have been tampered with, so you're not going to find it there.

@@tima.r8925 what exactly is the point of going to see a doctor if you have to study beforehand to not get scammed? If you wanna get screwed out of money, bypass the doctor and head out to Las Vegas. They built that place for a reason, and it wasn't to have the ugliest skyline in the world. That just happened naturally. That's what happens when you destroy beautiful hotels in order to put up uglier ones for contracts and their intended debt creation. That in mind, with Vegas, at least you get the scam and the deterioration of financial stability, but less the prescription addiction. Depending on how much you like to party.

John AND food is sprayed with glyphosate and GMO food is embedded with glyphosate. AND all these chemicals are probably finding their way onto organic crops. Still, I feel really healthy eating all organic whole foods like apples and pears and pineapple NOT stored in jars or processed in any way. The inflammation of my body goes away when eating whole organic food. Imagine food called a healer when food is basic energy we consist of already. So really, just reject anything NOT organic, NOT whole, which is ALL processed food full of toxic sugars and salt.

The weird thing is Vicodin was the very subject of House but people forget that or they write it off as just a fictional tv show when often these shows aren’t written out of nowhere. These doctor shows usually include real diseases. I don’t take medication. The last time I went to a doctor I was put on antibiotics but I’m trying to avoid that because they make it more difficult to keep my system down there clean even with probiotic use. I know they helped cause my UTIs because I had three within a year span and I tell them that’s too many in a year but they’re like no no. I have been okay but I’ve had to retrain because I’m so used to going a lot. Now my only physical issue is the one I’ve had since I was 10 and that is headaches that graduated to occasional migraines. I’ve been desperate enough to see a doctor a few times and they usually give me the same answer: see a neurologist but I know why I have them. I only go not knowing what else to do. I wish they could prescribe a voucher to relocate. Lately they don’t bother me as much but I know in the winter they’ll likely start back up again. I still get headaches once a month tho but medicine won’t help the only way is to consider the source but you have to be careful with regulating your hormones because you do it all at once it’s overwhelming

Restless leg syndrome goes beyond sitting. It usually doesn't become a real problem until you can't sleep because your legs keep twitching. I never had restless leg syndrome until bed time. However, when I changed my diet completely, my restless leg syndrome went away. I never took drugs for it. But I also can't really eat most things offered in regular supermarkets either, so now my food costs have gone up by buying all organic, Non-GMO foods and cooking everything from scratch with almond flour, coconut flour, brown rice, quinoa, beans, fish, and only using oils such as olive, avocado and coconut oil. (canola oil is GMO-avoid it like the plague!) Almost everything in the store has canola oil, high fructose corn syrup, sugar (GMO) and/or soybean oil (soybeans are also GMO) so yeah-you have to go to local organic farms or health food store which charges twice as much for produce and meat. I eat only cage free eggs from hens that are fed only organic feed but finding a farm that actually lets their chickens roam is difficult. If I have beef which is rare, it is only grass fed from local farmers. I avoid corn, soy, sugar, gluten, and dairy. But you know what? My blood sugar went back to normal, my high cholesterol went back to normal, my restless leg syndrome disappeared, no more heartburn, no more acid reflux, no more joint pain, I have way more energy, my sex drive was almost gone BEFORE the diet and after just two weeks I felt like a newly wed in terms of drive. I never took prescription drugs and I didn't want to, but I knew if I didn't make dramatic changes I was going to have to but the fact is-my health problems like high blood sugar, high cholesterol, acid reflux, restless leg syndrome were because of my diet, not drugs. They lie to us just as much about GMO's and pesticides and sometimes I wonder if big pharma isn't involved in that too because all the health problems that come from GMO's and pesticides send people to the DR to get prescriptions or worse-kidney dialysis, liver and heart problems, dementia, CANCER! You get the picture....

Google: AstraZeneca bilderberg and you get interesting results. Monsanto FDA returns interesting results. Eli lilly and co Monsanto returns interesting results. (Also, look at their catalog. Thiomersal, Zyprexa, Prozac and Methadone). Three of those are neurotoxic and the fourth is worse than the addiction it's supposed to treat. So, I'm not saying that the FDA is compromised, there's a pharma-agriculture industrial cartel and they agreed through Bilderberg Meetings that people need to be dumber and thus easier to manipulate-- But it sure seems that way. The more puzzle pieces you collect, the more complete the picture looks.

Got some acupuncture and was able to move again, but def noticed weird feelings in my feet. Almost like dissolving feelings. Ever since no issues... I wonder, maybe that PAIN CARE clinic only enjoys treating problems and not actually curing them. Or maybe they are close-minded to anything that isn’t western influenced.

CDC is the top of the hierarchy linked to the racket called big pharma. The CDC was just sued by Robert Kennedy Jr. for being a racket.

Restless leg syndrome isn't an imaginary illness. I very active in my job and i run a lot. Ive had it when I've been pretty inactive, and when I've been really active. It isn't a slight twitch in the leg, its a pain that you can feel and sometimes it feels like elastic bands are around my legs stopping blood flow. Nothing gets rid of it, and when i have it i cant sleep for sometimes a day at the time. Don't assume to know everything, this video wasn't as good as your usual stuff.

the thing about meds "causing" shootings.. I always take issue with.. (correlation is not causation.." but still.. a lot of those people that commit these acts, already have underlying mental issues that they can't deal with or resolve.. I mean, I guess this becomes a chicken and egg thing.. (if the pills, cause a person to snap.. then yea, the correlation def is worth exploring.. but how do u determine that?).

I think restless leg syndrome is a thing, but the cure isn't a pill, it's getting up and moving your bodyIt's just like how back pain is becoming more and more prevalent, the cure isn't a pill or expensive massages, it's getting up and moving your body, eating right, and learning how to sit properly

1.) That's not how medication scheduling works. Vicodin is a CII because it has "an accepted medical application" not because they say it's less dangerous than schedule I medications. Marijuana is a schedule I for one reason, and one reason only; it was the drug of choice for many Mexican and African Americans. It has nothing to do with not being profitable. Drug companies already have patents on several compounds that contain THC. 2.) Feeling slightly antsy after sitting for a long period of time does not qualify as RLS. People with RLS literally cannot sit or lay still for more than 10-30 seconds. The creepy, crawley sensation and the urge to move become unbearable. It's absolute torture, especially at night. Are there alternatives to pharmaceutical treatment? Yes, and they should be attempted first. Are they always effective? No. Patients may also only need a medication for a very short amount of time, just enough to break the cycle and learn other self soothing behaviors.
@hummingbirdbumblebee4618
@hummingbirdbumblebee4618 4 жыл бұрын
Kirsten The self soothing behaviors that last the longest are knowing what physicists know, and that is that we are not physical or material or solid or biological. We are eternal holographic images being constantly created by our literal souls. Knowing there is no such thing as death is the best medicine anyone can get. I have read over 200 books that say this. The best one is "Hands of Light" written by the physicist Barbara Brennan.
@KirstenMarie_MS3
@KirstenMarie_MS3 4 жыл бұрын
Last I checked, the human body was made up of more than just photons. So, by definition, it can't be, "just a hologram." Oh good. You've read some books. Now take the hypotheses presented and put them to the test under proper experimental controls. Until then, people could be pulling crap out of their rear ends. It's incredibly easy to publish a book these days. People like Jillian Epperly and Joe Mercola are living proof. Believe what you want about spiritual matters, if that's what's working for you. As for me, I'll continue to follow medical research and recommend treatments that have the data to back them up and work with patients to find something that is effective for them and fits their values and lifestyle.
