Big problem in Dubai_No drainage system on roads, rain caused Dubai stuck on New year eve.

Dubai is very beautiful and is considered as on of the driest city of world, but it missed on rain prediction, resulting no or an ineffective drainage system causing water logging in whole city, traffic jams etc.
