Mark & Tony should use these charts to give us their predictions on the future CFB Super League. How many teams? Which teams will make the cut? Equal revenue sharing? Annual TV payout? Number of divisions? Number of teams in each division?

I am an FSU alum and fan, but I can’t buy the FSU argument that the ACC breached duties because they did not negotiate as good a TV deal as the SEC and Big 10 did. I would like to see an overall comparison of the number of views the SEC, Big 10, ACC and Big 12, have been getting, perhaps divided by the amount each conference is getting for their deals. I think the ACC was maybe lucky to get what they did.

I agree ... ACC was lucky to get what they got from ESPN. So yes, I'm w you ... I find that part of FSUs accusations weak. That said, that's just throwing everything at the fan to see what sticks. Lol ... but I don't think that's what they are really hanging their hat on re their more substantial legal arguments (way over the top excessive exit penalties, sunshine laws, GORs 2027 vs 2036, etc)

@@christopherhooter1937 I am also not buying the “excessive penalty” argument because if FSU successfully leaves the ACC and this triggers the collapse of the ACC like what happened to the PAC 10 then the penalty we have to pay is actually small compared to the damages caused by the complete collapse of the ACC.

@philippserrin8268 well, what's the purpose of a conference? To look out for the smaller brands at the detriment of the larger brands? (That's what the UNC BoTs Chair suggested the ACC was doing). Their exit fee (~$120MM??) is uniquely punitive vs their peers. The GoRs is another complicated issue Prediction: under/over final negotiated settlement $200MM, join B1G in 2025 at Half Share (like UO & UDub), Full Share in 2030

I love the 2 Tony’s when you have them on board. Tony Altimore adds so much. A great stat and spreadsheet guy on this stuff. Smart. Objective. The more you can have those 2 guys on the better. Oh, by the way, my castor oil comment wasn’t personal. It’s just that I know it works and most people have no idea. One can slosh it on their entire forehead and face and even eyelids. Let it soak in, then wash and repeat the next day. It’s an anti-aging thing used by the stars etc etc etc.

I'm sure CFB is bigger than MLB and NBA draws, regular season anyway. Recall, the regular season women's bb LSU South Carolina game outdrew all NBA games that night, including the Celtics...

Yeah, people like to watch odd hour, late night, games if certain known brands are playing and reasonably good…. obviously not like prime time… but it’s better than watching the lame late night woke talk shows, the 100th rerun of some tv series or old movie, etc.

Fun fact: "The undefeated in the high flying SEC" Alabama ran on 62% of their plays. Michigan was at 61%.
