As someone who suffered from Alopecia areata, a autoimmune disease.One of the few things I did to heal completely is cut off sugar, reduce dairy products, intake acidic food like onion and right amount of sleep, helped me within 2 months.

I wish they would’ve spent a little more time on gums. It’s in a lot of protein powders and it does prevent smoothies from separating overnight when you make them the day before. The few seconds they spent on it made it sound pretty bad though.

V irritating (and irresponsible) how they sometimes skim the surface of important things.

3/11/21 JJ Covid vaccine injured. Autoimmune phenomenon caused by the vaccine has destroyed my entire body. No health issues on my medical chart until 4 weeks post when I ended up in the ER. Because of rampant gaslighting and lack of care by group health doctors I now have 3 autoimmune issues. Had to self treat and learn from folks like you. Thank you.

Tight Junction Proteins get attacked by all immunization. Both Viruses and Tight Junction Proteins are highly electrostatic positive and this is what IgG attack...

It's not just food, cosmetics, etc. Autoimmunity can also result from infections. Type 1 diabetes results from a viral infection. Strep throat could result in kidney and heart damage because a person's immune system is now targeting those organs. This is important because not all autoimmune issues results from diet or lifestyle and is not the fault of the sufferer.

Timestamps would help

He is an influencer; personalities in California seem more important than science. It is a shame not to have time stamps because less intelligent people are the audience. Anyine who has been to university becomes an expert in scrutinising indexes for info. Who has time not to? Here, the audience listening for maximum time seems more important than the actual info. It's a pity. Timestamps could so easily be ignored by the easily influenced.

Is multiple sclerosis an autoimmune disease or a neurodegenerative disease, or both (as in an autoimmune-mediated neurodegenerative disease)? There is lots o f debate on this amongst different types of health professionals. It doesn't help me that no one seems to understands MS.
@Dennis-d1p4 ай бұрын
MS also caused by huffing paint fumes. Killing brain cells is no joke. And the brain does not automatically heal unless you target it with specialized herbs, ect. Forget the AMA death cult, no healing there.

To me both, but i wouldnt even name SM as a disease. It is just a set of symptoms appearing when something is doing harm to your body, when people name it, they tend to explain every signal from the body with the 'disease', often overseeing important symptoms of other potential conditions. Just like my problems with numbness could be explained with SM, but it appeared to be serious potassium deficiency, which I just got rod of by supplementation. If I wouldnt test for it, the symptoms would still be with me and my doc would tell me it cant be healed bcause its genetic and irreversible 🤦🏻

@@LekkiMelanz But with MS, there are definite demyelinating lesions on the brain and spinal cord, which is what is causing the physical symptoms. So what is causing these lesions? If it is our own immune cells causing them (that's what the science shows), then just what is causing our immune cells to destroy our own myelin?

@@ldjt6184 intestinal permeability perhaps, maybe not even the existing but even the former one, when your organism learned how to attack proteins that reached your blood stream but they construction resambles the meylin. The most hopefull thing I lately heared was that your brain can rewire itself around each scar that was left after lesion. Best regards and much power to You 😊
Wow, scary but I think this is it. I know gluten is an issue and suspected dairy and sugar. Eggs hmm

*Incredible video! It's mind-boggling to think that some people spend 40 years working to save $1M for retirement, while others invest just $10K in trading a few months ago and become multimillionaires*

At present, the most prudent consideration for everyone should be diversifying their income sources, ones not reliant on government support, particularly given the ongoing global economic challenges.
