Agreed. As an aspiring writer and comic book writer,I want to make a Super Hero called ''Hercules From New York'' based on Arnold Schwarzenegger's Hercules and the character is an Austrian athlete and professional bodybuilder turned actor who dresses exactly like Arnold's Hercules and he has has a really thick accent and is a very bad actor and acted in a movie playing Hercules and everyone just calls him ''Hercules From New York''as his Super Hero name(he's not really the real Hercules,as there will be a real Hercules in the comic that I'm doing but Hercules From New York will have super-powers and super-strength). It's pretty much much me coming as close as I possibly can to taking the story from Hercules In New York(which I had hoped might be in the public domain but it actually wasn't),using it and not getting sued.

@Raza Khan Your realize Whites were able to come here unrestricted until 1924. Chinese and Japanese were outlawed from immigrating to the US. Blacks were not able to come either. You know who never got quotas like whites, and were excluded like Blacks and Asians? HISPANICS/LATINOS. They were the only ones who could come all they want to the US. Your a dumbass. There was quotas for whites, it was to stop Catholic whites mostly (Italians, Irish, Polish) WASP whites were welcomed, white Catholics got fucked over. But like I said, Certain whites, ALL Asians, Blacks got fucked over with immigration. Latinos/Hispanics never had restrictions for hundreds of years. So before you blame Europeans, look into it with more detail. Ever see how white Catholics got treated, we were hated as immigrants due to our religion, and we were not considered "white" due to the fact that most Catholics were Polish (Slavic people were not considered white) Irish (Celtic people were not considered white) Italian (were not considered white). Only Protestants English, Germanic, Nordic immigrants we're welcomed with open arms. So when the whites were 3rd class steerage going through Ellis Island, Latinos could come all they want with no problem. Blacks and Asians couldn't. It was all these white Catholics life savings to get on that ship here to America, and if they got turned down, they got sent back to their country and wasted money for nothing. Latinos can just go through land(except for the carribean islands obviously). And aren't most Latinos majority European blood? Hypocrites. White Catholic IMMIGRANTS BUILT THE NORTHEAST UNITED STATES. NY, PHILLY, BOSTON, BALTIMORE WOULDNT BE SHIT WITHOUT WHITE CATHOLIC IMMIGRANTS. And like you have it so bad, think about what the WASPs did to the poor Natives. My family wasn't even in America when that shit happened. So fuck you and "Racist Europeans" The Irish, Italians, and Polish were considered dogshit in the social economic ladder. We were hated but we persevered. All I know is a lot of immigrants had it hard. All 8 of my great grandparents were immigrants. All were Catholic. 6 were from Ireland 1 from Poland 1 from Sweden
