Likely too much water damage in the ceiling/walls and the floors. Floors/tile is cracking and sinking and pulling away from the walls. It's not safe. I just hope they at least salvage what can be reused.

I’m thinking it’s being ‘dozed because of foundation issues. Would explain the sloping floors. It might have been more cost-effective to just tear it down than try to fix the foundation.
@BraveNewWorld7618 күн бұрын
New owners would have to repair the foundation and then update the decor of the house. That’s a huge house to remodel. Nobody’s interested in a project like that. I've watched other "explorers" of abandoned mansions and have unsubscribed to them as they were disrespectful and when the camera was off probably "looted" the place. In one mansion in particular there were designer shoes, handbags, clothes, makeup and some even had the price tags still on them! After viewing and then reading comments and responses it hinted that is probably what happened!! You are the ONLY explorer I subscribe to. You are very respectful and enjoyable with your calming curiosity and comments. Much Blessings BigBankz!! Thank you, this was a wonderful explore and it's a terrible shame they are tearing this down when only minor repairs and UPDATED paint/wallpaper are needed. Hopefully they salvage and reuse the hardwood, beautiful french doors ect.!P.S Bismarck, ND
