Ghost Town Center | Abandoned Mall in Puerto Rico

I remembered Wendy's, Churches Fried Chicken and other stores in Town Center of Mayaguez Puerto Rico. The movie theater. Also in Mayaguez they once had a Bowling Alley. The Decline of Mayaguez came way before The Coronavirus Virus Outbreak. There was a Ferry from Mayaguez to The Dominican Republic. But our Mayor got greedy and up the port fees and the Ferry relocated to San Juan. Mayaguez Puerto Rico was the first place that I live in when I moved to Puerto Rico. Calle Post was all torn up and that caused a lot of businesses to leave Mayaguez. It's really a UNIVERSITY TOWN. However the Coronavirus has really taken its toll on Puerto Rico. 10PM Curfew has killed the night life in Puerto Rico and especially in Mayaguez.

Indeed, the shopping centre was barely abandoned before Covid-19.

i have went to this for a lot of time, there was a church fried chicken, taco maker, there were machines, and the part i came for, the movies, these days its been abandoned. i loved going here with my family

I remember going there with my Puerto Rican girlfriend at the time. There was also a restaurant called Club Buffalo I believe. It is so sad to see this. The fast food stores and shops are also memories now. So sad to see this video. All that remains are the memories!

I used to spend so much time at Mayaguez Town center when I was in college.

Ironías de la vida ahora están realizando otro gym en ese lugar, entonces quién miente, porque los rumores eran que no construyeron el gym anterior porque el piso no aguantaba las máquinas pero ahora si, 🤔, no entiendo nada, solo espero que no pase una tragedia allí.​@@estrella_5669
