It's interesting that shot tracer is never on. So if the goal in speed training is just swing speed, what's the purpose of hitting a ball if where it's going doesn't matter?

Since Big Daws is newer to the game of golf, the ability to hit the center of the club face at max swing speed is more difficult. So when we do a speed session with an amateur/newer golfer it’s more important to see their top end club speed which in due time will give a baseline to where the top end ball speed could potentially be with a center punched strike. Hitting a ball is important because it gives you an immediate response and what changes need to be made in order to have a more efficient strike.
