Thanks Hank, Excellent tale!!! I've seen Sasquatch in Northern British Columbia, but they are also in the Prescott National Forest. I've seen tracks of different sizes up to 18 inches, and I was roared at ( sounded like an African lion on steroids ) and chased out of the woods. I was armed but couldn't get out of there fast enough...

What I saw up in the Sierra's outside Fresno CA was no bear! It was about 9ft tall I know this because of a branch that was almost equal to the top of it's head. My cousin is mono indian and their reservation is only 20-30 miles away roughly and they've had tons of sightings. I talked to a few forestry people who also told me of sightings all around the area

Thanks to the Old Story Teller for this great yarn. I appreciate your using logic and knowledge to bring sensible conclusions to these events. I support your supposition. I spent many years in the Pacific Northwest where sasquatch is taken for granted and is not considered a big deal. I've spent many years in your area and find it too dry and lacking in vegetation to support this species. However the theory that they frequent and use cave systems to their advantage may add some credence to these rare sightings, but I'm still dubious. Thanks for another great episode. Appreciate Hanks work. Lvya all much. Shalom. D

I had the pleasure of talking to Cory Daniels (check out his Paranormal Files video) while researching a film script based in the Superstition Mountains. He told me while out hunting with his son, they may have seen a Bigfoot. Incredible.
@philipbunney94453 жыл бұрын
@Hank Sheffer the basic premise was ‘a priest, a prospector & a madman venture into the Superstition Mountains looking for the fabled Peralta/Waltz lost gold mine’. Set at the end of the 19th century - ‘Treasure of the Sierra Madre’ meets ‘Bone Tomahawk’ the best part of writing it was researching the mountains & their history. I called it ‘The Thunder Gods Treasure’.

I don’t think the majority of the superstitions would make good habitat for a large primates. Especially one with a great about of fur. If they do exist in those mountains they very likely reside in caves for most of the day where the temperature is constantly low.

How come nobody ever found any of Bigfoot's Poop? Every animal Poops.
@krisaguilar66993 жыл бұрын
I did. It was Sept 1991 in a high meadow in the Mt. Jefferson Wildness in Oregon. It was behind a pile of rocks. It looked like human poop made by a giant. It was purple-ish, and had some whole huckleberries in it. I also had an encounter on Mt. Hood in May of 1993, with one that pushed over a tree.

HA-HA-HA-HA!! Bigfoot in the Superstion mountains. Been around most all of Arizona since moving here in 1971. If you're trying to sell this to folks who don't know anything about that area, you might. But folks here in the shadow of the Superstions know how ridiculous your statement is. Shame on you!
