How to exclude process library tasks from being shown in „Everything“ views?

You can use filters for this. You can choose to not show the process library tasks. Just navigate to your view, select the filters, and choose "Location/List" is not "Process Library".

This video discusses the biggest mistakes and using a ton of different statuses is one of the biggest mistakes. We recommend having a status template with different statuses, but this should be consistent across the workspace.

@@ZenPilot got it - this is helpful! So you're not against having multiple statuses (beyond "to do" and "complete") but you're just saying that they should be consistent across the workspace and as simple as possible? (While still accomplishing their purpose)
