Thanks for the dive into details. Technik etc . Only one thing that dome in the middle of the roof. Somehow, in my opinion, it disturbes the balance of the build. But maybe when I am building it. It will understand Lego their choises

Great video, as always, on the modular. I dont know yet if it will be a day 1 buy for me or not, but I will definitely get it. I also know I will not place it on the left side of my perisan restaurant. Right now, I am thinking about the right side of the detective office and left side of the police station, but we will have to see once I get it.

Perhaps in the minority, but I like the olive green color. But, yes, tan might have been a safer choice.

BEAUTIFUL BUILDING - but, personally, I would prefer something this wide to be 3, or even, four buildings. Similar to the Police Station or Assembly Square

Great video! Not sure about the olive color. Seems to have massive color deviations even on these promotional pictures and probably looks less classy than tan colors. But overall a nicely designed building.

Sorry, but no. Wanted to love this; dying for a museum, but that colour scheme is a disaster. More broadly though, how do LEGO keep getting modulars so wrong? I've gone from buying every one to skipping 5 of the last 6!

Personally, I find recent Modulars to be lacking the evolution and novelty of other Lego lines. It was the crown jewel of the AFOL release schedule at one point, but since adult-oriented techniques have expanded across other themes, I'm finding less innovation in the Modular line. That said, this video does a tremendous job of pointing out building techniques within this building I wouldn't have noticed upon first glance.

Really , I think the last 3-4 Modular’s have been some of the best. The museum is ok.

That's really interesting, I've gone from not being at all interested in modulars to wanting most of them since the new modern style has been adopted

Agreed. Sand green may have been better but this color, is just so polarizing. A similar complaint with the Jazz Club's extreme colors as well. The line has lost a lot of charm since the days of the Detective's Office and the Parisian Restaurant. I'll likely pick this up but when it is discounted years from now.
