I'm surprised a woman in the USA is getting support, so she must be innocent, as I'm so used to the internet being full of USA men who spend their time promoting hatred against woman. Like those incels who are angry and confused why women prefer men who want to make them feel good.

Yes to all you lawyers, it’s NOT clear or simple. Its confusing. So many things like not getting the instructions in writing, in my state of NY not being able to take notes? It’s nuts. When u r deciding major things like this, u should be doing everything u can to make it clear. In my industry in healthcare, lawyers wouldn’t automatically understand either. It’s just a fact.

I think it's crazy that, for the most part, your guests poo-poohed the defense's reconstruction expert. The man not only wiped the floor with Trooper Paul while making it EXTREMELY clear why JO'K couldn't have been hit by a car, but he did it with SCIENCE. And a yeet cannon.

@@Lisalisa-zt2pwyou must not have watched the whole trial. The first day they had a lot of officers searching the scene, even on their hands and knees. Not one piece was found. @@noodlesmom01 I hate bev, she is prolly the most unprofessional judge I’ve seen far as sighing and showing emotion. That being said it’s not uncommon for a judge to heavily favor the prosecution unfortunately. If you think that’s not the case you haven’t closely paid attention to many trials. In front of the jury bev actually plays the game pretty well and is pretty fair to both sides. Outside the presence of the jury she’s been very bias against the defense. I will say the defense especially Jackson has really been pushing the envelope and has been borderline aggressive, antagonistic, and demeaning. It was televised and being live streamed, globally, DAILY- what the hell would 30 subpar “journalists” being able to sit in person and watch what we were ALL watching with our own two eyes do for anyone? How would that give us more access than what we already had? A few dozen media members to tell us what to think about what’s going on, has proven to be detrimental to ALL trials since the beginning of time. That’s the thing about 2024, BOOMER- we no longer need news filtered through journalists. We can see it with our own eyes… Thanks though. 🙄

I agree, it's just unfortunate that the jurors weren't allowed to know that the FBI hired them. The jurors also were not allowed to know that many of the prosecutor's witnesses are currently under investigation by the FBI in this case and the Sandra Birchmore case. Those currently being investigated (to my knowledge) are DA Morissey and Troopers Proctor, Higgins and Lank.

I personally am 100% convinced that Michael Proctor planted all the tail light evidence. The video of her leaving John's house after backing into his car clearly shows her tail light was at least 80% intact. Then add to that that not a single piece of tail light evidence was found until an hour and a half after Proctor took position of her car. Proctor and the other officer testify that no one was ever around that tail light in the Sally port, presented video evidence that was later determined to be manipulated intentionally because the timestamp was flipped to cover their tracks. When you flip the video to the correct way it's obvious they were all huddled around that tail light and people going in and out of that back door. If he's capable of planting evidence in this trial it should put into question every piece of evidence he's ever collected or handled!

Here's how Karen is guilty: Karen lied when she said she left him at the bar. Karen lied when she left VM to John, stating she was at her home. Karen; at aprox 5 am, said "he's dead". Karen's car, aprox 5 am, headed towards the crime scene right before she said "he's dead". Karen repeatedly stated "I hit him I hit him I hit him". Karen is the only one in the car, while in back seat, that spots his body, in the dark, no street light, camouflaged under snow. The other two in the car didn't even see him until she ran up to him. (and one of those witnesses DEFINITELY had no connection to the so called "conspiracy"). She was drunk. Data shows he never entered the house. Her voicemails and children's testimony indicates she has issues and "all was not well in relationship". Missing video from John's ring camera during crucial times. (definitely indicating her cover up) Her "over acting" on the crime scene, classic of guilty people. DNA on the inside housing of the taillight. The drink glass fragments found with taillight fragments on his clothing. I hate you, you pervert voice mail in rage type anger. 24 mph in reverse!!! And then during trial NEVER a tear, not even remotely close. In fact she laughs. If you can't see through this OJ style defense then you have a closed mind. And coincidentally; the prosecution was not very good, just like the OJ trial. She might just get away with murder like him.
