The blood pooling around and under his eye lids and eye sockets is what caused the swelling and black and blue discoloration to his eyes !

No DNA, no crime scene photos, no evidence, no one in the house was questioned, the basement was cleared out and cleaned, everybody at that house knows nothing, the dog is in another state, and now the house is sold. DNA swabs are taken but if no additional sources like blood or semen or saliva or hairs then it’s just contact and not pointed out as it indicates nothing indicative of any additional inference that can be drawn… I haven’t seen the entire testimony yet …this just 101 medical terms.

Her defense team never brings up any of the things READ said in her interviews, nor do the have READ testify. She was innebreated that Friday night she drove drunk off her mind with o’keefe in her vehicle and was arguing with him because he wanted to go to the get together at the house and she didn’t . They had been fighting a lot in the weeks leading up to this night, their relationship was at its end, Karen Read was very insecure and jealous or him, and anyone he had been involved with previously. I believe John o’keefe after arguing for about 20 minutes in her SUV, he got out closed the door , Read said and was said by witness that she attempted a K turn , I believe READ either hit him or clipped him on his right side , breaking the tail light and the bar glass , thus causing the injuries to his right eye , right arm, and sent him into the yard, losing his shoe upon impact I believe the injury to the back of his head came when he landed in the yard, if you notice in pictures once spring arrived the snow was gone. There was a large flower bed that was outlined with rocks that enveloped the flag pole, even though the flowers were dead in the winter, John O’Keefe could have smashed his head on one of those larger rocks or stones. READ drove away still totally drunk, leaving messages for him that she drove back to her house, than twenty minutes later is sending messages from his house saying she was at his house telling him she hated him, the next several messages she calls him a pervert and calls the young kids he’s been taking care of extreamly vile names, READ claimed she fell asleep for a few hours. No she didn’t she making phone calls all kinds of people during those 3 hours, including calling her parents, when she realized how drunk she was and what she had done to John. She threatened her parents she was going to commit suicide. READ waited to call for help until she knew she was not considered drunk anymore. But Made comments to people that helped her look that she was S completely drunk the night before and didn’t remember anything.

Sorry, But there is no way he was killed by that car. Injuries were totally inconsistent with being hit by a car and driving a car backwards at 24 mph is virtually uncontrollable in normal circumstances, let alone on a snowy night. Then add that 2 State Police officers found pieces of the rear taillight 2 days later at the crime scene, is not only suspect but is criminal. The video shows that car arriving in police custody at the Police Station Sally Port with it's right rear tailight INTACT.

I believe that people are hanging out in the basement and an altercation took place, maybe perhaps John approached footlong hot dog about bothering Karen. Is it Colin and somebody else had to be involved there was definitely a fist fight, since the dog was down there and confused he definitely chimed in and attacked his arm. They waited till some of the house cleared out and put him out to the curb on the lawn. That's my opinion and what I feel. I'm trying to be impartial....but I can't imagine all of O'Keefe's injuries were due to a car backing up and hitting him...which supposedly caused the right taillight to break. It appears that he was beaten, scratched/clawed and hit with a blunt object. Also, you have to wonder what type of information/evidence did Proctor obtain from the scene and provide to the Examiner during the investigation? Was it complete and untainted? Was the Albert's dog ever checked to see if its DNA matched with the scratches on O'Keefe's arms? This would have helped to prove whether he was inside the house or not. The inside of the house was not investigated for any evidence. Lastly, was everyone interviewed within a reasonable timeframe to check for consistent stories? With all this I just have reasonable doubt.

The defence team looked hard for a "doctor" who could tell that the victim was beaten and seed doubt. That is all that the defence knows. SO, they found the doctor "so", because she is SO unprepared and SO unprofessional. Not because she dressed like going to a lake party hoping to find a man to marry, or for having a skull tattoo to advertise death, but for drawing false conclusions. As false as her huge curled eyelashes. It is not irrelevant how you dress or how artificial you want to look. It speaks volumes about you, your character, and your self-esteem. SO it is obvious that nobody looked at her to take her out on a date, but you don't use a court for that. For the trolls that want to jump in, yes, I listened to everything she said and understood all the medical terms she used. The conclusion is the same. The "doctor" wanted attention because her life was empty. SO she accepted the money for her "expert" deposition although she has very limited credibility. SO my conclusion is that Karen Read will pay for what she did, despite her defence trying hard to stage a smoke and mirrors cheap show. Enjoy.
