I got my hands on local cherries, blueberry, beans, corn, 1/2 bushel pickling Cukes, celery. I am Canning. Lemon Cherry Concentrate, Dill Pickles, (some zippy), and a Raspberry blueberry concentrate. I have local dource for free range eggs, so thinking of Pickling Eggs with Old World Spices and hot peppers. And I finally got the vaccum Sealing thing for jars? So I have a bunch of dry hooks to get Sealed! There are signs of moths again and I have mice again. Time is ticking, as to Loss! My plans of canning this year, is Cowboy Candy, as I found out I love it in potato salads! Yum! And more Corn Relish, since it's my FAVE! And Red Haven Peaches. I won't can any others! But they're is a copy of Red Haven that I canned one year (and hated!), that has 2 States: hard or mush! I am thinking of doing Peach Wine with that! I have carboys and bottle capping machines. Had no valves or caps. So I Ordered them! What good is Half Equipped?? Zero! I am NOT doing Sauce, Pears, Corn, Beans, Mixed Veg, Jams, etc. I made it last year and haven't eaten any! Ahahaha I actually bought 10 Cases of small jars last year and used masses I had AND got 4 banana boxes full of jars off my friend! Most of them are still full. But I do want to do fresh potatoes! I was scared to try them, so they waited all winter and spring gor me to give it a try! I like making basically Instant Potato Salad! So thst is my plans. I canned strawberry Tea earlier.

I did cherry limeade this year along with strawberry lemonade concentrate. This week has been pickle week but corn and beans are coming. I can and freeze corn. I have canned fruit that I haven’t used all of but my granddaughter wants some. I have never made corn relish! And I want to. Do you use a certain recipe? I will can tomatoes and pickled beets and tomato sauce too. Along with apple sauce, o my a few jars left. I will can meat from freezer and dry beans for chili too.You will be busy!!

What a great box this week! WOW! The brocolli and cabbage are huge! Those outer cabbage leaves would make great cabbage rolls. I love fresh corn, plus, I have been canning some this summer. You have the makings for some delicious soups ... Brocolli Cheese, Vegetable, Taco, French Onion. Don't forget to save some of your heirloom tomato seeds!

My mom always did. Maybe you’re not supposed to but it helps keep the thin skinned ones that aren’t cured.
