Yeah, I’m on IG because I’m a garden designer and other gardeners post gardens they visited and their trials and failures and their designs and how they’re progressing. Their IGs are more up to date than their website portfolios and have more imagery and one-off contemplations than their books. Otherwise, I don’t use anything else. I did keep a FB account for years because some of the best international garden design content was in private FB groups that was well-regulated and super insightful. The age group who is at the top of their design game is the same age group who uses FB so sometimes, ya gotta bite the bullet. The key is to really *REALLY* filter your feed. And erase your history if you accidentally went down a rabbit hole once and now it’s polluting your algorithm 😂

I have bipolar disorder and struggle way more with crippling depression these days than mania. I end up getting so sad and hopeless at night that I just go to bed and try to sleep. But a lot of times I end up turning on your videos before I go to sleep because they're so funny and I end up not thinking about the shitty stuff and feeling better before I sleep.
