Another thing about the heavens gate site, if you go to the bottom, you can highlight to reveal black text on a black background, repeating a number of keywords like "alien" "ufo" "extraterrestrial" "end times" over and over. Especially in the early days of the internet, it meant that anyone who looked up any of these terms would be directed to their site first.
