that liver sauce, you can actually buy it in any filipino grocery store. it's named Mang Tomas, with two flavors. One is the original, and another one is spicy. That liver sauce can be paired in just any fried foods, be it pork, beef, chicken or fish. so it's worth keeping it in your pantry.
