I think the helmet is important. A lot of body heat is dissipated through the head. If you have ever been camping or skiing in the cold, you know that it’s important to keep a beanie on your head. Also look how fast Pogacar is with his hair coming out the vents!

I agree. And it’s also the point of your „control center“. I feel like if your head overheats, you become less efficient (=less power), even if the rest of your body is fine.
