You know how sometimes you get weird pink and black reflectivity? Usually a custom reflective image failed to load.

yep! there's a copy of the whole spawnroom out of bounds with a high res cubemap in it, assigned to the doors in the actual spawn. the doors in the actual spawnroom have a material shader called WindowImposter, which only takes a cubemap as a parameter and ignores things like turning off mat_specular.
