Raced my 01 cobra against a 93 rx7 one day starting at about 80 on a highway . I never knew about the rx7 then so I thought I was about to win easily . We raced from 80 up to about 125 and by that time he was about 15 bus lengths on me . I went online in my local area asking about the car and everyone knew who it was and told me that the guy runs 9s . I learned that day to never judge a book by its cover !

I was about to comment about how impressive that bronze RX-7 was. 6.87 out of that small of an engine is something to be proud of. Not to mention multiple 6.90's right before. A lot of potential in such a small motor.

Literally just came obsessed with these the rotary Motors 2 days ago I cannot get over the fact that the combustion from the spark plugs wasn't pushing anything but the f****** rotation of outpost shaft wasn't hitting a piston it literally it literally starts moving it from the pressure of the combustion entering the tank when I say came obsessed with it I can't even understand I'm like where's the thing that is hitting it's not hitting nothing until it gets at the spin from the pressure of the combustion from the rotary hitting the spark plugs and from there I was hooked

And one more note that is literally two days ago the day that I learned the 2JZ GTE super motor with a f****** rotary motor and now I'm getting into the 13 bees 220v s30v Motors and seeing what the difference is are and all that but that now I actually understood how this works how everything moves in one yeah whatever let's just say I suppress my f****** brain on it I literally thought a rotary motor was something in the motor that just respond at Big flywheel on the front of motor that's not the case anyways can't real fast when I get a car you know saying that we can put one of these motors and possibly a car that is compatible with the put one of these engine then cheap you can pick up motor decently cheap looks like my new habit is being broke

Liter for liter, domestics will never come close to the power imports make. Yes there is no replacement for displacement, and domestics will always have that advantage as far as drag racing, but you have to give credit to the technology of imports, and how such small engines can produce such impressive numbers. Imagine if a 3.0l 2jz was scaled to a 6.0l hypothetically; it would put down insane numbers. Fun fact: the F20C from the Honda S2000 held the record for highest output per liter naturally aspirated for 10 years. It took a Ferrari 458 Italia just to beat the record. That just shows the technology in the engines.
