Absolutely AMAZING! Watched the men’s max squat yesterday, and while it was good - is this style of max comp a better format? I’m guessing the ladies don’t have to do the 3 weights thing..? Just think it makes the other format more strategic than anything - look at Luke yesterday, no way he was the 10th best squatter. Amazing from Andrea though - so chuffed for her, and for Uncle Loz - super proud Uncle indeed! Especially seeing the previous vid where Andrea had the nerves, and then pulls this performance out of the bag? World class!

If its a standard thing then cool - just meant as a spectacle since strongmen don't always do the big 3 for a max, deadlift most common I guess, even then in wsm previously I dunno olif I've seen them only have 3 choices at the weight? Thought it was just go until you crap out, gives the chance for intermediate jumps and to know where they're at.

I'm glad you uploaded this, I've been trying to find how to follow the women. I have a spreadsheet for all the amateurs men and women, and the pro men are on the rogue yt. Dunno how to follow the women! Also that lift was INSANE. In general a lot of the women record are around 3/5th the men's records. But that was 2/3 JF Carson's record which is incredibly impressive. Insane lift. At first I was a bit miffed by the small jumps. To get up to 800 LBS she had to pull so many big weights in small incremental jumps. Clearly she could pull much more if the weight jumps were a bit wider (so less total reps).
