Andrea looks like she needs to be closer to the bar with her technique. Loz, your body mechanics kick in and you launch the bags. Ryan has such power I have rarely seen bags travel so well.

This women is a beast ive seen strong men at gyms she is stronger than them and definatly outdo any at my gym and sum big blokes but getting under a bar on bench press is no comparison to this strong man or women stuff u guys av real strengh the kind of strengh that if moving house wud be easy anybodie can ly under a bar and push it but ask them to carry and load a washing machine on back of truck lol well done guys

what height is the bar for stone over here? I have been trying to find out a good height to build my own, seem to find 48 inches tends to be a standard that is used a lot. anyone have any info or advice on this?

If the shield is so big you can't lock your hands, wouldn't it be better to train the sand bags without locking your hands?

Ideally we would have a shield to train on. Unfortunately not an option and that bag is impossible to do without holding it. The shape of the shield allows you to hook your arms under the edges
