We made the same comparison back in December and ended up buying the Denali for the same reasons people are mentioning here in the comments. It rode the same as the Escalade, looked WAAAY better than the Tahoe, but still had a nice luxury feel on the inside, even tho it didn't have a full glass cockpit like the Caddy does. We are very happy with it, get anywhere from 20-24mpg (6.2L gas engine option) highway and 14-18mpg around town. It's super smooth ride and for a large SUV, very easy to drive and maneuver. Got one off the lot (10 days on the lot after it was delivered) and had a couple wanting to buy it as we were signing the papers. Steel color with the standard brushed chrome wheels and brown interior.

It is a shame they are destroying diesel motors with the dpf systems. That thing would get 30mpg plus and last a half million miles no problem. But the dpf stystems kill these motors

Bought a 2023 Tahoe Premier. Best bang for the buck. Got most every option the High Country does. I wanted the 5.3 and 2 wheel drive. 5.3 doesn’t recommend high test gas. Plenty enough power.

One of my neighbors just got 2 of the new Escalades and I am so jealous. Every time I drive by I drool. One of them is blacked out with the black front grille and the other is white with the chrome front grille. Beautiful masterpiece vehicles. They get new vehicles every year so I doubt they will have them for too long, so I just enjoy seeing them while it lasts.

With all due respect, these still do not come CLOSE to German luxury. A Mercedes interior from 2 gens ago still feels more luxurious than a current Caddy from quality alone. GM has made decent progress in quality and design over the years, but the final products are not compatible at all. These 3 cars are still traditionally the same body and base with tweaks in between to justify tiered pricing. If there is any American brand SUV that has visibly even tried to compete with Mercedes, Audi etc It's Ford's Lincoln Navigator. They got rid of almost all of their cheap design layouts and part quality since 2018. The amount of consumers in the comment section who are claiming these can finally "compete" with the European competition shows how long American brands have been playing catch-up, and unfortunately still are. Still, if I absolutely had to choose one, it would of course be the Cadillac. They are all essentially the same body, might as well go big or go home. Wish they kept the previous gen headlight design and just maybe built on that though, the new one kills it for me.

@@Striker50_ Agreed. Cadillac butchered the front end. I prefer the front end of my 2018 Escalade a lot more. The stacked headlights are what made it stand out. I probably would had been ok with the new Escalade had the DRLs extended all the way to the headlights. Also don’t like that they all now share the same side orange parking lights where the 2020 and older model Escalades had their own unique orange parking lights. They were lazy with this new design.

Now this is a proper review. Reason being, it compares the 3 sister vehicles, which for the most part, are the same. Only looks front and back, and the dash on the Escalade is different. I do like the Escalade more, but the price for a Luxury (mainly stripped down trim), starts higher than a fully loaded Yukon Denali.

I own a 2019 GMC Denali Ultimate, I have drove GM SUV's for 30 yrs but this Yukon and my previous, 2015, been nothing but problems..Still working on problems! Now rebuilding the differential for the 2nd time plus a new torque converter was installed!! Hopefully 2020 and newer have worked out the problems!
