As always, BigR - TOP NOTCH ANALYSIS, the best of the "semi-pro" breakdowns. You're the best (even though you are a Seahawks fan 🙂) The Packers are what the Eagles wished to be. Bad record, excellent team. The Eagles were 10-1 thinking they were badasses, they weren't. The Packers? That's a different breed. Heart, grit, they brought the ABSOLUTE NOISE to the 9ers. I KNEW it was going to be rough - ESPECIALLY in the rain. Going forward, the Pack fans have nothing to be worried about. They will be back with the 9ers next year. Happy it worked out for our team *this time*. #FTTB Bang Bang Niner Gang!

soggy field usually means not many if any sacks. Big D-linemen don't get the ' push ' from explosion they need. Big O-linemen just need to anchor and make the D-line work harder to get by them. The popular trope is rain makes it equal for everyone. For D-linemen who depend on explosive 'get off' to set up rush moves. It hinders and slows them down...if the D-line are equal to O-line, advantage O-line.

My Niners got lucky but a W is a W and Brock can finally shut up a lot of the haters who said he's done everything BUT have a game winning drive and that he could only do it with his ALL STAR leading WR. I thought we would blow them out but once I seen it was raining I knew it would be a long day.
@redriderbbgun801810 ай бұрын
They didn't get lucky. The Niners played tough, physical football with a stingy defense, it was an absolutely earned victory. I don't know why so-called 49er fans like you keep saying they "got lucky," it's such an insult to what they did.
@vissitorsteve10 ай бұрын

@@redriderbbgun8018thank you they must have not watched the second and third quarters. That defense was something serious sure they scored but nobody never gave up and laid down like the bills did tonight. That win was earned. Nobody said this game was gonna be a blowout. Niners did what the critics said they couldn’t do was come from behind and win it .
@Ishai110 ай бұрын
@@MrGrifter123 I was frustrated with the defense during the game, but they played their "bend but don't break" style and limited the Packers. They had a few bad plays but a lot of big plays as well. Can't expect a shutout in the playoffs and they played a team that scored 48 a week ago and was in rhythm. This wasn't about luck so much as grit and Brock being strong enough mentally to not get flustered and try to force something on that last drive, the way Love did. The rain affected both, but that's not luck. A bad kicker who missed a lot of kicks all season missing isn't luck either. We stole one with a game winning drive in the 4th quarter, we're not used to it, it's been a long time since that happened, but it wasn't luck.
@arnelcatarroja48819 ай бұрын
@@Truthforealsquit being emotional 😂 wilks defense also happens to be a top 3 defense… but they’re “bad” huh? LOL. If you actually watched the game last night, a lot of GB’s big plays came from players slipping. They scored a TD on a Gipson slip and had 75 explosive yards off of players slipping 😂 it’s the playoffs and it’s not always gonna be easy. Jordan love was the hottest QB coming in to the post season and they absolutely lit up the cowboys defense the week prior. Niners “bad” defense hadn’t played in 3 weeks and you could tell. Yet they still locked up when we needed them the most and won the game for us.
@tracymeahan10 ай бұрын
I know you were asking about why Greenlaw was running around on those picks. He was asked about that after the game and he said Fred had told him he needed to get a pick 6 and that's what he was trying to do 😂😂 he should have gone down but it was still a little funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 he also said he heard it from Kyle, especially after the game sealing int
@reckbomb8210 ай бұрын
My man was trying to help out the gamblers who took the Niners at -9.5. A pick 6 would have put them up by 10.
@Ishai110 ай бұрын
Yea, Fred needs to learn from this, when the situation changes, talk to Dre and make sure he knows we no longer need him to run around. I guess Fred didn't think Dre will get another pick... Kyle did say if Dre wants the ball so much, maybe they'll use him on offense. It was a joke, but I say let him have some fun next pre-season

I think the wet ball affected both QBs. They were missing some easy throws they usually make. The first interception was behind the receiver who was wide open and a few of those critical 3rd downs on both sides were similar misses. Watching the game it felt like Purdy just needed to put one drive together, and he did.
