@@Finduski Kyle Klein is only 20 years old, a top 10 player in the world, a DGPT All Star, and a recent Elite Series winner. I have a lot of respect for BigSexyBari, but Kyle is in a different league than any of those other 3 guys at this point in their careers. All are great players, and Nate Sexton may have one more left in him before he retires, but week in and week out, Kyle is a better Disc Golfer. I have no reason to doubt that he will take down more elite series wins.

I honestly am loving this... So many are talking about how bad the course is or boring but in all reality is it? We're so used to seeing these guys just shred these courses and now they're getting their asses handed to them or they're really having to fight to shoot just ok. These boys are being challenged and it's not easy and I'm greatly enjoying seeing them having to play a little unconventional.

Hole 10 broke Jerm... I think it's okay for a course to play hard, especially a new course. Would you rather a new course comes out easy and the whole tour puts up -40's with no scoring separation, or comes out hard, where you really have to work to keep your score down and that tests accuracy, power, shot shaping and how cool you can keep your head when you make a mistake. I think the latter makes more sense for a pro tour level course, cause you can always pull it back in future years if needed. Particularly for a more open park / golf course style course, I think that's the way to go....but it does look pretty tough, it'll be interesting to see how it shakes out.

I really hate the whole 'Media Pros' mindset. I would say all 3 of them are top 50 still, Nate is top 20 easy, maybe top 15. Just like in ball golf, there are people who can hit 40/50 yards farther than the tour average. Does that mean they start designing courses for them? No. That's why I'm concerned with the way the tour is starting to design their top level courses. Personally I believe that fairways just simply need to be tightened. The average touring pro should be able to reach 80% of the holes. If there are 5 people in the field that can reach a 530' par 3, they are doing something wrong. 400'-460' Par 3s with tighter lines, tighter OB, or a tricky green that forces you to think of placement instead of distance is the objectively correct way to design a course.
