Today is a mixed batch of melting as I make some Halloween pieces out of last weeks Nordic gold slag , Also a trip to the scrapyard for a nice motor melt . Quite a few pours in todays video so sit back relax and enjoy and I hope to see you all in next weeks video what ever that may be 👋🤔.
But as always have an awesome weekend😁.
Now Guys if you Feel like supporting the channel it wont cost you a cent as you can Simply just donate some of your time. By just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out a lot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways and more treats for the dogs👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻😁👍🏻.

HOW I MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it.

WHY did you use any BORAX in the Nordic Gold melt??? ANY TIME you are melting more than one metal together you should you some type of flux, which is what borax is.... different mixtures call for different types of flux, but because Nordic gold is so similar to brass and bronze you can use it in the same way.... and it should cut down on a lot of that slag and up your yield a bit... :) every bit counts, right?

white powder might be talc, also often used in cables that you are scrapping. It´s good for a longer lifespan of the motor/cables

This is the latest (7PM) I've watched a #bigstackD video, and after dealing with bureaucratic problems, it was nice to watch something melt down and become something awesome, like the Halloween pumpkins, ghosts, and skulls. Bullion and Ingot really looked the part in their costumes. Thanks for time well spent, and see you next week!👍

How dangerous are they in Arizona? Here in Western Australia snakes like the Dugite are not aggressive but a bite will almost certainly kill you without emergency care.
@MrMarkRoads
@MrMarkRoads 11 ай бұрын
@@nathanbinns6345 You'll begin to see symptoms immediately, but your symptoms will worsen over time. Ideally, you'll reach medical help within 30 minutes of being bitten. If the bite is left untreated, your bodily functions will break down over a period of 2 or 3 days and the bite may result in severe organ damage or death. Over 90% of people bitten are messing with them.
