Bike Camping Fun and Deep Relaxation

Experience deep relaxation while bike camping at Pace Bend Park in the Texas Hill Country. This park has easy car, boat, bike and foot access to 400+ primitive campsites, 20 improved campsites, 9+ miles shoreline and many multi-use trails.

Tip to prevent burned food: put soil in aluminum foil or a pan below cooking pot.
Blackberry cobbler: mix 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tbs corn starch with 1.5 cups washed blackberries; make lattice pie crust - 1/4 cup flour, pinch salt, 2 tsp olive oil and, dash of water; bake in oven until crust is golden brown. Cool for 2 hours before eating.
Salmon, rice and zucchini casserole: 1cup pre-cooked brown rice, 1 small package of salmon, 1 sliced zucchini. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Oatmeal-Yogurt Breakfast: mix 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup yogurt (with live cultures), 1/2 cup almond milk; wait at least 8 hours before eating; (refrigeration not necessary if you want the yogurt culture to grow for enhanced flavor).
