cut out eight bucks a week of overpriced truck stop donuts/snack cakes and that pays for the bike. riding a bike will be a great thing for you clutch.... You'll love it!! I lost 125 lb in 1 year riding a bike went from 325 down to 200.... Was able to eliminate my diabetes and high blood pressure meds I haven't felt this good in over 30 years. Good luck! 💪

Good for you. That’s also why I was doing the remodel. With a bigger fridge and freezer, I’ll pretty much be eating exclusively out of the truck. No lousy truck stop food. It’s all going to be much better

Since this was an extract of another video, I will post my comment here as well: Thanks for the mention at 4:15 re helmet! Glad you got one but you did remind me of Sgt Schultz ‘I know nothing’ of Hogan’s Heroes! Yes, it was my dentist here for a few years who took a spill on the bike path, hit his head without helmet, ended up with traumatic brain injury, was in a vegetative state and fetal position for close to a couple of years (I believe) and finally passed away last summer. He was actually in his late 60’s+, I think, and partially retired but still real shame to lose him that way!

My gal is "car free" and has several bikes. She has a Brockway with extra low gearing for the very steep hills in her city of St.Paul. Other bike she pulls trailer with ect. You can ride and have fun! Helmet yes!

Interested to see how that fits the passenger seat in my truck does not slide back . So when my million safe mile bonus comes in a brompton is the plan . I currently ride my trek domane 50 plus miles a week that plus diet has me down under 200 pounds it didn’t take long either .

Brampton is one of the best folding bikes. Just very pricey
