Same here. We thought it was mostly flow but came across these. The red is fairly new in the last year or two I think but could be wrong! Thanks! Had a blast!

Cheers! We went there ready for flow and discovered there were a load of amazing tech trails. A great variety and there really does seem to be a trail for everyone to enjoy here!

Thanks! We actually did think it was would be just flow just based on all the jump vids we d seen but we were so surprised at the variety. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait for another trip! Root manoeuvres is brilliant!

Quality vid, first watch and liked and subscribed - pretty sure I was there on the same day asking about the way to the visitor centre near the uplift entrance. Wished I'd hit more Black runs that day but after nearly dying on the A470 line (Red!) I was a bit put off!

I went for first time 2 days ago. 6 hours none stop and my arm pump was insane. Couldn’t grip anything after. A serious workout.

I can imagine! Descents are so long and some pretty rough. 6 hours of back to back trails is knackering. Sounds like you made the most of it!

Another great video 👌🏻 I like bike park Wales was there a few weeks ago. How does it compare to what you ride locally in Scotland? Definitely want to give it a go next year but wondering if I would be out my depth

Thanks! It’s a great place isn’t it. The rooty ones we rode reminded us of our home trails in Innerleithen but the red flow ones were different and more features. We have a big variety here in tweed valley. We ride and film a lot of the steeper natural ones on our KZbin but there are loads of flow type trails at Glentress and some good not too steep natural trails too. Innerleithen also has a good red and some flowy natural trails. You’d definitely find plenty to enjoy no matter what level 👍

How would you compare these black/red runs to EWS100 in tweed valley? I’m hoping to get in next year (great runs by the way)

I'd say the Tweed Valley is step up as it's more natural and has more tech. They didn't put anything crazy in it this year though so all depends! Unfortunately doesn't look like there is an EWS in the valley next year though :(
