with Trevor and Liam in the foreground of the frame and Jeff in the back… it looks like a hobbit podcasting with a wizard and an elf. Add Jared and you’ll have a full fellowship. 😅 🧙♂️

For old tyres, trace a flipflop pattern, cut it out and shoe-goo it on. Then you can have extra grippy monstercross flipflops.

Hey JEFF!! ...you will be amazed how quickly those hands heal if you soak them in strong salt water or even apply salt directly! Stings like an absolute mother but they will be better in a few days! All the BMXers I know swear by it and I have also used this amazing fix! Love the pod! Cheers from BC!❤

I ran 2.6's in Pennsylvania and I was constantly getting bounced sideways in the rocks. I prefer 2.4s for volume and precision. It's just what's best for me where I ride.

Another thing to consider regarding sizing is that today’s bikes are designed longer, that is longer bikes for a given rider height (not just yesterdays large is todays medium). If you ride a large 15 year old bike, you should try out the large modern bike that is designed for your height. You may like it! After all, if you were shopping for a bike having never rode any mtb before, most folks would point you toward the large. Always a pleasure, gentleman. Happy trails.

Great pod’.. Tested a Druid V2 recently. So impressive! I going to swap to that frame in mx version. Going to up the fork to 160. Looking forward to learning more about what you guys think of the bike.

I'm actually a bit concerned about our fearless leader - Jeff. It's easy to imagine the daily stress of owning a bike company of any kind in the current business climate. I wonder if he's just so stressed that he is taking on all these life-threatening activities because he subconsciously feels that dying on the side of a mountain somewhere might be easier than keeping our favourite bike company solvent...? Be careful out there, Jeff!😆

I think Schwalbe is working on a way to make reyclable tires and recycle them after.

Reach + stem length is only good when comparing bikes with identical seat-tube angles.
@kevinclark9176Ай бұрын
I was hoping for some reasoning in the stem length and sizing. I am on a 2019 Evil Following MB with 450mm reach and 50mm stem. I just bought a Banshee Phantom frame to build up and am debating stem length. A 35mm stem means I’d only truly be gaining ~5mm length when jumping from the 450mm to 470mm frame reach. I hear other people say to match stem length to fork offset (with most coming in at 44-46mm now), but I see most stems in 40 & 50mm options. I’m 5’11” btw.

Run those MTB tires until they resemble your fathers bald head, slick in the middle and furry on the sides. Less waste and more slide outs.

Give bike used bike tires that are still ridable to Cactus bike rentals in Phoenix. Rental bikes always have worn out tires.
