I live and ride just outside Vegas, the desert doesn't change. I recognize alot of these roads. Especially the one up to Rhyolite.. There is a continuity and timelessness. The faces change but otherwise it stays the same. My riding time is growing shorter but there will be others who need the wind in their face and the freedom in their souls.

Man, that a Nice model, Me had one from 1958 that had big $$$'s in engine rebuilding, chopped, dog-bones on Z - custom handlebars, license plate on Left side. Trick light switches to shut-off back , front or all. For fast disappearing acts through walk-ways, yards, whatever IT TOOK to be a Ghost deal under Heat.... Safe Ride always me road friend...Now have 1996 FXDWG, with Mikuni Carb, ( Nova 2000 - electronics, CHANGE Entire deal w/problems I faced, even 'shifting-gears' )but big- tanks, make too heavy, w/ front end extension/rake. cj

Some of my best memories have been doing the long ride, the long haul, sometimes by myself, sometimes with others. There's no feeling that comes close to the freedom you feel. I've had to slow down recently, two total knee replacements have taken their toll, but I refuse to stop. The layoff time has given me the chance to add some great upgrades to my current ride, a 2006 Harley Softail Standard (which is definitely NOT "standard" anymore). Love the music, reminds me of Bad Company. Keep the rubber side down, keep the shiny side up! In the wind forever!

My dad taught to me ride age10 on his motorbike & sidecar (a panther600) he would come home from work and park out front...allowing me to run out to him and kick her off and bring her up from the road onto our driveway and into our garage. I remember on one occasion too many revs and I nearly went out the other end (dad just raised his eyebrows and laughed at me) bless him... my brother too was into bikes (triumph + norton) ended up with a zzr1100 dont ask me why? so I guess it was only natural for me to prefer this mode of transport from a very young age ...sadly dad nor my brother got to see my Ultra Classic Electraglide😢 still have all my paperwork lol that was an awesome day in my life.. as were the 14yrs that followed .. Sadly my eyesight is no longer what it was ..we parted ways a few years back now ..I sat on it for a few years as it was too painful to think about but the day had to come and it was one of the WORST DAYS OF MY LIFE! Thank god for my memories ❤❤❤ now I spends my time watching video's like this wishing I was amongst them😢 Grest tune & awesome rides with the wind in my face nothing better xxxx

Great video and message. Sometimes I wonder if I sometimes drift into the “brand” merry go around! I had a bagger for two years and got back to Heritage.
