Biking at Lake Norman State Park | Ten to Try | PBS NC

Over thirty miles of bike trails crisscross the forested terrain of Lake Norman State Park. With plenty of hills, berms, dips, bench cuts and switchbacks, every ride is interesting and will keep your heart rate up.
