Here's an express Bikram Yoga Class. In 30 minutes you will do all 26 Bikram Yoga Poses, plus the two breathing exercises. You can do this class in a hot room, a warm room, or regular room temperature. Grab your space heater and mirror. Bikram Yoga is beginners yoga, anyone can do it. Great for gaining flexibility and for releasing stress. Practicing Bikram Yoga will help you sleep better and lose weight. Your clothes will fit better. Your skin will get a glow, and your friends will be funnier :).

I’m a fifty-four year-old man, the other day during a dance audition, we all had to kneel down - all the way down, all the way down, all the way down! 😆 the knees of many people cracked and popped. Not mine. Many of them were much younger than I am. Thank you for helping me.

PERFECT! I have been trying to convince myself to get back into doing Bikram yoga but 60 to 90 minutes is a big commitment and I couldn’t convince myself to do it. This 30 minutes is going to be a great way to build up my stamina and get me back into doing Bikram yoga again!

This is the best 30 min sequence of all the ones on youtube, and I've done them all. I wonder why the others don't do all the postures individually as well, and they all skip the face down resting poses with the head turned first to the right and then to the left and that's super important for my arthritic neck! They also go really fast through the postures, especially on the floor series. Yours is just the right speed. Thanks!

Wow! This video was amazing. Short but extremely effective!!! Absolutely loved it. He’s an amazing instructor. Highly recommend. I’m not a yogi but I enjoyed the stretching. This is perfect for me. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Really like his approach... no fluff or bs just gets cracking. I always felt like the formal hot yoga class wastes a lot of time between poses. This is how I like to do it.

I agree!! I.Cringe when teachers are relentlessly correcting etc it defeats 100% the point of yoga.

Thank you for making this video. I started getting low back pain, difficulty bending forward in the morning. I challenged myself to 1 month of this video 6 days a week and my back is 70% better. This is a doable task in my daily life because of time constraints vs the 90min class. Thank again.

Thank you so much for making this comment, I’m 19, and yet in early 2021 I had what felt like a severe muscle spasm in my lower back, haven’t been able to bend my back forward since, my spine is real messed up. But there’s hope, thanks for that hope

I practised bikram some years ago now and loved it 😍 I now live in tropical cairns Australia where you can break a sweat doing most anything 😂 so this condensed version is perfect for me these days 🤩thank you ❤❤❤

I also have to say I like this one better than the traditional one: it becomes more of a flow with less focus on strength. I prefer doing this one twice or trice in a row over 90 minute one.

Wow this was amazing. So condensed Bikram it felt like 15 minutes had passed if that and yet perfect amount of time for me to try to get back into it etc.... wish the savasana had been three seconds longer but who am I to say? This really helped me thank you

I use the book "30 Days to Reduce Stress" by Harper Daniels for post yoga mindfulness and meditation. It seems to complete the energy.

First time doing this yoga stretches I did this for 2 rounds Thursday 24-11-2022 as I might have miss out some poses for the first round and I used a resistance band

Just like when taking classes I like to experience different teachers as they all tend to emphasize or focus on different points that are all important and help you notice different things about your practice each time. Ashtanga or vinyasa yoga routines are also great to experience and will help you grow a personal home practice.

In Standing Head to Knee pose, if you cannot clasp the bottom of your foot with your hands, what would be the modification? Clasping the elevated knee, or curling your torso forward, rounding down, and reaching your hands downward?

Hi Joseph! Try to lift up your knee nice and high, suck the stomach in and then reach down for the foot, bringing the torso down. You still may not be able to reach and that's ok! But keeping the standing leg strong, the core engaged and just continue working to reach for the foot and over time you will get it.

30 minutes is much too short and the cues are rushed for sure. I've tried this particular video a few times and I never feel like I've accomplished much because it is so rushed. SLOW DOWN

I had a few instructors say "the magic is in the second time you do the pose and the rest." This is the 26-2 poses but the rest and second poses are absent. I would argue Bikram isn't "beginner yoga." Many of the poses are very challenging. After 1 1/2 years of 3-4 classes/week I really didn't see the massive benefits some claim from practicing it?

Bikram instructors talk through the entire 90 minute class. Finding a zen bikram instructor is rare. Bikram, the man, is known to be less than kind during teaching sessions.

There are different types of styles of balance, strength, and flexibility training and practice. Yoga can mean union and it is the union between the individual and the universe and individuals are all different. Finding the practice that best fits the individual is a blessing. I have faith you have found a better practice that fits your individual wants and needs for yoga. Happy Today, Happy Everyday.
