I’m sorry but this hole episode was B.S transmission on that bike is like all others mechanical not electrical he went in for a electrical issue left with a mechanical issue like the Plaintive tried saying before the judge interrupted had there been a transmission issue why didn’t they state that when they released the bike to him 4 days after the electrical repair. 2 days later he noticed the electrical issue was not resolved now he’s got a mechanical issues and a electrical issue I’ve been working on bikes for years and I’ve had sooo many customers one to me after leaving retail shops with huge issues caused by those shops And half of what this shop manager said was BS he even brought up the pollution system he removed on the bike lol which had 0 to do with the main computer system

The bike is 10+ years old, already had the motor and trans replaced, why would he find it so hard to believe that his electrical system would be on it's way out? And, isn't the transmission under any kind of warranty since it was replaced by another Dealer? I think he was just looking for free electrical work this time around when he should just get rid of this bike, it's turning out to be a money pit for him.

He would have had a much better chance of winning if he could have proved that he called two days later. Without it he just had a bike fixed and a month later had another problem. If he could have gotten something from Harley Davidson saying it was unusual for this to happen or that it looks like it was tampered with he would have won. Unfortunately , all Harley did was fix the problem the mechanic diagnosed it with. She wasn’t biased she just didn’t get enough evidence from him to prove his case.

The gospel by which we're SAVED. We're under Paul's ministry today. Therefore we're not under the law of the old testament. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV)(1) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the GOSPEL (good news) which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; (2) By which also ye are SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain (self). (3) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST DIED for our SINS according to the scriptures; (4) And that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN the THIRD DAY according to the scriptures. And that takes us back to John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH in him should NOT PERISH, but have EVERLASTING LIFE. Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) (8) For by GRACE are ye SAVED through FAITH; and that NOT of yourselves: it is the GIFT of GOD: (9) NOT of works, lest any man should boast. So it's only by GRACE that we are SAVED not by works. JESUS did all the work and gave us GRACE (unmerited favor) as long as we have FAITH (believe) in the DEATH, BURIAL, and RESURRECTION of Jesus Christ for SALVATION (trust in his BLOOD ATONEMENT). That's the gospel. JESUS said, Ye must be BORN AGAIN to enter into the kingdom.(accept Jesus as your SAVIOUR) READ, UNDERSTAND, BELIEVE (from the heart by FAITH) and be SAVED
