Why did she have to say he broke the agreement so many times but never mentioned how she was the one who was in breach of their verbal contract? Her face when Judge Milian said "it's not that you're cold and heartless it's that you're GREEDY"😂😂😂😂 She was smirking because she knew that the jig was up ......no way that him taking the key until he paid (which he obviously was going to and she knew that) would stop her from keeping the bike until he paid for it that was the agreement.... not having the key didn't stop her from selling it. She's now out so much money like the cost of the new key I hope this is not the end of her karma people who are like that deserve so much worse than just having to pay the exact amount they need to feel it so they don't ever do it again to someone else. It'd be so nice to know that one day she's going to be in a similar situation with her vehicle and someone did that to her but what would be the best punishment would be her not having any proof to be able to reclaim money owed.

Not really. The show pays for all judgements/rulings, in addition they are also given hotel accommodations (if they are not from the New York area), and are compensated (couple hundred bucks. Plantiffs also get their ruling amount in addition to the appearance fee) for appearing on television. (However it does go on their court/civil records, win, lose, tie, or dismissed case, but it's whatever). His ass tricked her into getting the keys, for an incomplete/unpaid loan, so he was most definitely waiting very soon for him and his brother to secretely ninja that bike away., while she was asleep. Smh. Homegirl is very scorned, but I don't blame her for selling the bike, all things considered. Smh.

Defendant was so dishonest throughout this case! She said he never called her on the 16th only for him to have proof that he called AND texted. She said in the agreement it said she could keep the excess of the sale- false. The defendant said there was a SECOND agreement to extend until April 19, but she said she sold the bike on April 16, because he did not honor the FIRST agreement! I assume the 2nd one was verbal, because of this, and the judge never asked for it! Since a verbal contract cannot replace a written one, it would not even have even been relevant! I am sure the defendant knew this, and tried to be slick and sell it before he got there to repay her on the 16th, because it was after the due date on the 1st one and keep ALL of the money!! NO "ching ching, let the cash register ring" today!! 🤣🤣
