Small red flag but can be ignore is the constant ums. Second was the little I giggle when I lie... kinda person tells you the signs of when they want to decieve you? Third when on his time she kept trying to talk over him, basically trying to make what he has to say go unheard. It won't matter what happened, the facts no longer matter at this point I instantly thought she was untrustworthy. Its very possible she is telling the truth but from my assesment unlikely.

I feel she’s lying about the part where they had to go on a date. And I also think he’s lying about the date. I believe he agreed to change the dates in the middle of the signing when she noticed it said August. Sure he convinced her that he’ll draft a new one so she just signed to seal the deal; which is why it was later sent in a picture form or whatever he said. And he did that which is why she has the one that says till July. But when she sued him, he went to pull out the old one she signed as his proof.
