From a fat person: He's 100% correct. Being fat isn't healthy and for MOST people, being fat is a choice we make (not everyone, but most). We choose to have shitty diets and don't exercise and then complain about the fact that we're fat or that people have a problem with it. If you WANT to be fat, then you make that choice. But people need to stop pretending like being fat is healthy or beautiful. You can feel comfortable in your own skin while also wanting to improve your health. I don't support "fat shaming", but I do support being honest about being fat and what that means for your health.

No. I also said that we have shitty diets, which is actually even more important than being active, because if you eat shitty food all the time and you eat it in large quantities, exercise won't matter as much. I also said that not everyone chooses to be fat, meaning that some people have conditions that make it very difficult and prevents them from losing weight.

For most of us we go into adulthood still eating like teenagers . Then when you hit that year where you metabolism starts dropping and our waist starts expanding. Then there are the comfort eaters. I love to eat and hate feeling hungry. I get hangry when I don't eat enough .

You can't always use that excuse about magazine models are unattainably Photoshopped. The way they look in person is attainable for a lot of people. Some body types will never get there. When you watch a runway show or a beauty pageant, they aren't photoshopped. The hell those people put themselves through to look that way is REAL. The fact that they are still edited on top of that doesn't take away the work and effort that they put themselves through to even come close to that.

I grew up in Boson and he's north shore - it's the way it was here and can't even tell you how sarcastic and yet serious it is here and always such aggressive behavior! This is all of us in the 80's growing up. It was crazy and not regrettable :)

Although I do know some Bostonians down here in Florida who still have the accent. It's not strong, but it is present in certain words.

Avocados are really good for you, this is simple, and so good. Spread a flour tortilla with shredded cheddar cheese. Slice an avocado and a tablespoon of salsa. Broil for 3 minutes. Fold and serve. This is from the Johns Hopkins Heart Healthy cookbook

My only experience with mcdonalds salads was years and years ago way back when they first started selling them. I was a little kid and the salads were in these frappe cups and the whole marketing thing was to pour the dressing in and shake it up. My older cousin got on and he started shaking it in the backseat but the lid wasn't on all the way and the salad and ranch went everywhere all over everyone. Last time any of us ordered a McDonald's salad. 😆

I'm a Firefighter. I rarely eat red meat. Occasionally I will splurge and have a burger. With that being said, I eat alot of Chicken and Fish. Either Grilled or Baked. Veggies and Fruits are a must. And on my days off I hit the gym. But that's me. You can eat healthy it's just finding what's the right way for you. Love your Videos.

American Chop Suey is very healthy. 1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 pound of hot Italian sausage without casing, 1 pound of pasta (macaroni or rotelle), 1 green sweet pepper, 1 red sweet pepper, 1 large onion, 2 or more cloves of fresh garlic crushed, 1 tablespoon of Italian spice mix. 1 16 ounce can of tomato sauce 1 small can of diced tomato 1 tiny can of tomato paste Put pot of water on to boil In a skillet brown beef and sausage and poor off all grease that has accumulated In a separate pot sauté peppers, onion, garlic until tender; then add all 3 tomato products and Italian spices Set on low to simmer Add meat to sauce When water comes to a boil add pasta and cook according to instructions on the package When cooked poor out water, add sauce mixture to the pasta and stir well Serve with a sprinkle of Parmigiana cheese Enjoy…healthy and easy on the purse as it will easily feed 8 if you add a salad.

Sadly McDonald's in our city no longer offers salads or fruit cups of any kind. They stopped about 5 years ago. They still offer a small bag of apple slices , but only in kids meals.

My wife and daughter have eaten the salads at McDonald's. Since covid, I haven't heard of McDonald's having salads anymore. But when they did, both my wife and daughter have separately praised their salads in disbelief. Because it is McDonald's, they were expecting the salads to be bad. Surprisingly, they say that they are some of the best salads they have ever had. They were going on about how fresh the ingredients were and how blown away they were with how good they tasted. They were astonished.

if you're UK based dont buy fruit or veg or veg in supermarket. Find an outdoor fruit stall with the steel bowls which have apples, bananas, carrots, avocados etc, much cheaper. Each bowl is normally a pound and most fruits/veg cost this, and usually 4 or 5 pieces of veg or fruit per bowl per £1.00, avos will be £1.50 for 2 which is still good. I bought blueberries there which are traditionally expensive in supermarket, £2 a small punnet. At the fruit stall I paid the same but it was basically a 2 punnet container.

I don’t know where you are at but in Virginia the salads are put on a plat mix bowl. I used to order the side salad and order a piece of the grilled chicken w/o the bun and out the chicken in my salad.

12:38 in the US, I think the difference is between cooking at home using fresh ingredients vs pre-packaged or takeout food. Fewer people are eating home cooked, made from scratch meals. It's definitely cheaper to cook meals from scratch at home, in the long run.

That changes from state to state. I know in northern Massachusetts/New Hampshire breakfast food is only available from 5AM- 10:30AM. The inside restaurants also close at 8PM and the Drive Thru closes at 10PM.

About dieting. Start drinking ginger tea. Make it yourself from ginger root pill the skin of cut it into chunks even smashing so the juice can come out it taste like radish water and use a honey sweetener. Two weeks after the contract was signed and the money handed over, Timberlake went on a talk show and said openly that he would never eat McDonald's as its not kind of food he enjoys for a healthy life. Make a Pan of Stirfry: 2 Eggs, whole 1lb bag of Cauliflower Rice, whole 1lb bag of mixed veggies, and whatever seasonings you like Salt, Pepper, Paprika, etc....... 300 Calories and it's alot of food. Add sauce of your choice, teriyaki etc for another 100 cal and just have what is in that pan throughout the day.... eat nothing else and have only water or tea. Mix it up by adding different sauces...... 400-500 calories a day and you'll just peel off those calories while having a healthy mix of vitamins and nutrients

Even if it is a Joke, a Joke can be true and from what I can tell watching Bill Burr even tho they are jokes they are true. They are facts!

TRY THE MICKY "Dees" CHICKEN SANDWICH also THE FISH FILET. If there in morning = STEAK, EGG & CHEESE on Bagel !

I used to work at McD's wayyyy back like 20 yrs ago when they came out with the salad, TRUST ME, people buy them. lol

Bill Burr like so many of the greats realizes that the best humor is the humor that makes us laugh at ourselves. It would be a shame if he left anyone out. He's gotta rip into all of us so we can all laugh.
