Its not much of a thing anymore. I have family in India and I visit them often. Theres also a lot if middle class folks who are much fatter than upper class folks now. Thats because upper class folks can afford exercise equipment and stuff so now poor people fat, rich people not fat. Interesting innit

These is a video on KZbin of a race and other workouts between bodybuilders and Navy SEALS. The bodybuilders were completely ripped with no fat on their frames. They were dying within seconds of the start. They had no cardio or stamina at all. The SEALS did everything without breaking much of a sweat. Once SEAL said SEALs need to have some body fat so that they survive in field for hours during long marches other combat related activities. I would love to have a six pack, but the reality is I love the six pack of beer more.
