Idk that I’d choose video games over sex necessarily…but 99.9% of relationships are just the worst lol people are so miserable…and sex is great, but sex with the same person 100% gets boring after awhile. So it’s just like, you have to share the same interest…or get along really well…sex is like 3% of a relationship lol so I’m not trying to be miserable for the other 97% of time lol idek if people are suppose to be together for that long…I mean, you’re kind of taught that it’s how things are suppose to be, but when you think about how people drive each other crazy when they are always around…idk

As much as I love video games, they provide you with a false feeling of accomplishment and it’s easy to get into a mode where you become obsessed with various worlds where you’re doing great badass things and just coasting in your real life. I don’t agree with it being a “child’s activity” though. It’s no more a kids thing than playing sports with your friends after work

I like how a guy playing video games is a problem, but a woman binging tv shows and scrolling on her phone isn't. I'm not saying playing for 10 hrs everyday is good, just that there's nothing wrong with playing and socializing with your friends. Its a fun time with the guys and we as men need that sort of thing. I don't even play games myself and haven't for many years. I just find it incredibly ridiculous that when men find something fun to do like play video games with their friends, it suddenly becomes a problem and those guys are lame or losers, yet women can do mindless shit just a soften and nobody says a thing about it.

Bill your take on video games is so off. Many games of today are meant for adults in theme and complexity. Not that some kids can't or don't play them but they're still geared towards adults. Plus wtf do you think watching sports is? Isn't it an escape from everyday shit that you almost religiously do with how well you know stats, players, teams, regions, etc? ITS THE SAME FUCKING THING! Just in another form. You try playing some insane strategy or puzzle games and tell me how "childish" it is after you get too overwhelmed with the mechanics and critical thinking needed.
