I went to a predominantly black high school but there was one white kid in a few of my classes. Well one day another kid noticed him putting lotion on and said something to the effect of "I thought white people didn't use lotion" and dead ass the white kid said "I didn't until I saw how bad y'all talked about Terrence the other day." Bruh we all died and that kid had in that moment reached a new social status and respect in the school. These are the people we defend when people start talking that appropriation shit. Some white folks were indoctrinated in the fires of black culture in childhood and they deserve their respect damn it.

This is so true! My grandmother taught me about lotion and I think it was because she came from the southern US and also learned young to keep moisturized! lol, I'm born and raised in Alberta Canada, and you would not believe some of the looks I've gotten(from other 'whiteys') over the years when I'm using lotion on more than just my hands. I, however, think my skin looks pretty darn good for close to 70! Bill Burr speaks true here! Love your reactions to him! I keep coming back!

Up here in Norway it's usually the woman who use lotion, mostly for their hands, but I don't know a single guy who has ever used it.
