No, this isn't a diss to joey, when Mac and Earl got macs edited voice on check, they were just fooling around in the studio freestyling, and when they found out bill was in town for a family wedding, they brought him in but didn't tell him that they were joking around, so bill spit a really hard serious verse, and they just sat there and smirked, and the "joke" part of the mixtape, they decided to make the song after bill.
