My family doctor did the same in her chair at the end of her career. Bad back? Some movements really look involuntary, actually looks like Parkinsons at times. I have severe restless leg syndrome and do the same on a couch or chair, in bed, one foot flat on the floor or up the side of the dresser. I'm surprised people are making fun of it instead of suspecting illness or side effects from a medication. Look at recent interviews, his movements are awkward. It was a great conversation.
