I'm a lifelong KU fan and Kansas native who roots for K-State when they aren't playing KU. I'm disappointed about the snub in the handshake line. No idea what prompted that, but it looks like Coach Tang wants to take the rivalry up a notch. And that's not all bad, but the optics are bad. KU didn't play a great game, but had great energy. Timberlake's performance was a VERY welcome bonus though. We NEED him to play well from here on. K-State hung in there in the first half hitting 3s but couldn't throw it in the ocean from a boat in the second half. Their energy was just not there. They'll need to bring it to the Octagon on Saturday to beat Iowa State. They gotta win that one. Best of luck Wildcat fans. Rock Chalk!!

Kansas is barely over .500 in conference. This is the worst Kansas team in a decade and will only get a top 5-6 seed bc of name on jersey and will likely see a very early exit in NCAA tournament
