@@lukelebeau7427 I'll add to that, that the full title is "God Gave Rock 'n' Roll To You II" because it's an altered version of a song by Argent. The main reason I like "Bogus Journey" more than "Excellent Adventure": William Sadler as Death. The man injects insane amounts of charisma into every scene he's in, and almost steals the whole movie. Also, God bless his commitment to that faux Swedish accent (referencing "The Seventh Seal").

As a Swedish person, and being familiar with "Det Sjunde Inseglet", it has never occurred to me that he was even attempting a Swedish accent. I just thought it was a unique acting choice. In any case, I have no complaint about it.

@@Swenglish I feel like most native English speakers have a REALLY hard time with North Germanic language accents. They’re too “subtle” to an English speaker’s ear (except maybe Danish), so any attempt turns into something best-described as “broadly exotic.” To me, he sounds like a cross between a Finn and my Northern Italian father. 😂

The great irony of this movie is that the first movie simply asserted that Bill and Ted's music would one day unite the world and shape the future, but never gave any indication as to when or how that would happen. The villain of this movie was attempting to prevent this from happening and wanted to instead shape the future according to his own plans; but instead he's actually the reason that Bill and Ted's music had the impact that it did. He didn't just zap the cameras, he made it so that they would broadcast to the entire world. He created the event he was trying to prevent.

When the writers were working on the original BILL & TED script, apparently they had a scene set at the police station that they deleted. But they missed a word in deleting it, so when re-reading it one of them saw the word "STATION" just floating in the middle of the page in bold font, and it took him a minute to realize why it was there. The weirdness of it became one of those dumb shared jokes that two people will refer to over and over, baffling everyone around them not in on the joke, long past the point of any humor at all, but it amused them both so much that when they sat down to start work on the sequel "STATION!" popped back into their heads and somehow this led to the creation of two alien scientist ghosts in Heaven who merge into one giant alien scientist ghost (?) who builds good Bill and Ted robots. Makes perfect sense when you think about it

Granny S. Preston is played by the same actor who played Bill, in old age prosthetics! I love this movie. I used to not like it as much as Excellent Adventure, but it's definitely grown on me.

Yes, there is a Bill and Ted cartoon. Yes, Reeves was not only in a Dracula movie, but THE Dracula movie. If you're into sci-fi, also check out 'Johnny Mnemonic'.

I can recommend Constantine. It's not true to the comic but a very good movie in it's own right.
